Shakti of the Heart:
Journey into Abundance and Bliss

with Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati

Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati, the Guru of Kashi Atlanta, graced us with her presence April 3-5 as she took us on a journey into the Abundance and Bliss of Shakti.

On Friday evening, Ma Jaya gave an open darshan where she took us all into deep, profound meditations. During the weekend, participants were led in daily Kali Natha Yoga classes, a unique yoga developed by Ma Jaya which uses different asanas, mudras and breaths to ignite the different aspects of the Divine within. Ma Jaya then again led participants in profound meditations, and taught us tools to get there on our own. She also taught us all how to detach from our thoughts and literally stop the mind so we can experience the bliss in our hearts.

Each person was touched personally and taken into the depth of their own shakti. We are looking forward to her return in October!
