Expansion, Awareness and Ecstasy
The Journey into the Silence

with Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati

The silence must be reached with the heart. It cannot be found with the mind. The journey into the silence is a journey into oneself, consuming everything that is in front of us and surrendering to the heart. To stand as oneself in this world, you must consume the world and consume your mind, using them both as fuel for the heart. Through this expansion of consciousness and detachment from outcomes, we free ourselves to feel the ecstasy of being alive - to feel our own aliveness.

Join us for a weekend intensive with Ma Jaya as she takes us into the depth of silence that we yearn for and teaches us how to use the ancient practices of yoga, breath awareness and meditation to return to this silence within us again and again. Learn to surrender into the emptiness and feel the ecstasy of expansive awareness.

Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati is a spiritual teacher, mystic and humanitarian. Founder of Kashi Ashram, an interfaith spiritual community, Ma has been teaching for over 30 years in the lineage of her guru, Neem Karoli Baba. Ma is known for her compassion, her intense spirituality, and her ability to open the deepest realms of the heart.
