Spiritual Counseling Sessions are available with Jaya
Devi, who is an ordained minister within Ma Jaya’s interfaith
teaching, where you can address any personal challenges –
spiritual, emotional, or physical – or develop a customized
personal practice.
Private Sessions are available with members of our staff
to thoroughly enhance your practice. Sessions are available
in yoga, meditation, pilates, weight training, reiki and body
work. |

Mukunda
Stiles Teaches the Teachers
 Internationally
renowned yogi Mukunda Stiles graced Kashi with his wisdom
February 8-10, 2008. On Friday, February 8th, Mukunda taught
over 70 participants how to apply the ancient philosophy of
ayurveda (the Indian science of natural healing) to yoga to
create a full, indepth practice. February 9-10, Mukunda initiated
Classical Yoga Teacher’s Training students in the practices
of structural yoga therapy, including Mukunda’s innovating
Joint Freeing Series and Structural Yoga Therapy series. Throughout
the weekend, Mukunda interwove the concepts of ayurveda, allowing
students to take their practice to a deeper level.
