Kashi Atlanta offers ongoing instruction in several styles of yoga. Levels vary from beginner to advanced. Classes also include pranayama and guided meditation, as well as a class devoted to Spiritual Growth & Meditation. A broad spectrum of practitioners is represented, and each is encouraged to grow in awareness as they progress.

Monthly rate: Unlimited yoga $135/month.

Full-time students, people on disability or otherwise financially challenged: A discount is available for those who really need it, please ask.
Spiritual Counseling Sessions are available with Jaya Devi, who is an ordained minister within Ma Jaya’s interfaith teaching, where you can address any personal challenges – spiritual, emotional, or physical – or develop a customized personal practice.
Private Sessions are available with members of our staff to thoroughly enhance your practice. Sessions are available in yoga, meditation, pilates, weight training, reiki and body work.

Classical Yoga Teachers Training class graduates!

The final weekend of this year’s Classical Yoga Teacher’s Training class was held July 13-15. Students participated in a posture clinic Friday Night, lead by Candika Buck, and were adjusted during the clinic by 4 of Kashi’s senior instructors. Afterwards, the students participated sat with the instructors, asking any questions they had regarding teaching and practicing classical yoga.

Saturday, the day began with all the students teaching together to create a single, beautiful two hour flow class. The unity of Shakti and love felt at the end of the class was amazing! The day continued with a session on the Business of Yoga and a group photo, and ended with live audio darshan (meditation and lecture) with Guru Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati.

Sunday, the students began their graduation day with a final asana practice lead by senior instructor Skanda Miraglia. The students were then initiated as Classical Yoga Teachers by Jaya Devi Bhagavati in an ancient, sacred ceremony. Afterwards, students celebrated the completion of their 7 month course with staff, friends and family.
