Full-time students, people on disability or otherwise financially

Spiritual Counseling Sessions are available with Jaya
Devi, who is an ordained minister within Ma Jaya’s interfaith
teaching, where you can address any personal challenges –
spiritual, emotional, or physical – or develop a customized
personal practice.
Private Sessions are available with members of our staff
to thoroughly enhance your practice. Sessions are available
in yoga, meditation, pilates, weight training, reiki and body
work. |

 Students
Begin Teaching $5 Yoga Classes
This
year’s class has officially taken over our $5 Yoga classes!
Pairs of students began teaching our $5 Yoga classes earlier
this month. At least two other students have committed to
taking each class and evaluating the teaching of their fellow
classmates honestly, and with awareness.
This
weekend, students learned about the bhandas, yogic locks,
and how to use them in asanas. Throughout the weekend, students
practiced teaching asanas and pranayama (breathwork) to a
partner, and then to three other students.
