Jaya Devi Bhagavati teaches at the
Atlanta Yoga Conference

Jaya Devi Bhagavati, Kashi Atlanta’s executive and spiritual director, initiated over 40 yogis from various studios all over Atlanta into the ancient yogic practice of Kali Natha Yoga. Developed by yoga master and Guru Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati, Kali Natha Yoga is sacred combinations of yoga asanas, breathwork and meditation designed to awaken various aspects of the Divine within ourselves. Jaya Devi is one of only a handful of Senior Kali Natha Yoga instructors in the world.

Kashi Atlanta’s Jaya Devi led over 50 yogis in the close of the Atlanta Yoga Conference with meditation and kirtan (devotional yoga chanting). Ganesh Giri, Kashi Atlanta’s lead kirtan wala, led yogis in chanting “Jai Jai Ganga Ma,” giving thanks for the continuous flow of the divine that occurred during throughout the day. Jaya Devi Bhagavati ended the conference with a magnificent meditation on union– bringing in the essence of the goal of union.
