Ma’s Street Meals: Learn and practice
seva (selfless service) by volunteering to make lunches and
deliver food and comfort to hungry people on the Atlanta streets.
This is a form of seva initiated by Ma Jaya Sati Bhagavati
and her students around the world. Prep:

Spiritual Growth & Meditation: Beginning
with a devotional chant to the Divine, this class includes
spiritual teaching, pranayama, deep transformative meditation,
and a question and answer format. Focus is on spiritual evolution,
personal growth, and the alleviation of suffering.
Pre-Natal Yoga: Learn to use yoga and breathwork
to relax, strengthen, and open, preparing the body and mind
for labor and motherhood.
Vinyasa Flow: Based in Ashtanga and Iyengar,
classes will focus on students’ individual needs. For
anyone that wants to sweat and feel a boost of energy.
Power Yoga: A strong, dynamic practice for
a great workout. Power Yoga uses advanced postures and breathwork,
for more experienced students.
Sculpt: Combines light weights with yoga stretches
to increase strength, improve flexibility, build endurance,
and sculpt the body. Appropriate for all levels.
Kids Yoga: Come have fun at Kashi’s new kids yoga class! Kids will be using their imaginations,
laughing, exercising and having fun all at the same time during kids yoga. We will be
moving our bodies in kid-friendly poses, doing partner poses, breathing, playing group
games and doing art work. A light snack of fruit and juice will be provided at class. (Thursday only)
This class will help children to develop strong bodies, creative minds, loving hearts and

Gentle Yoga: Gentle yoga postures and breathwork
to help you relax. Appropriate for everyone, all levels.
Gentle Vinyasa Flow: Gentle Vinyasa Flow is a luxurious yoga practice with movements that are slow, gentle, repetitive and rocking to create a class that is deeply nourishing. One pose flows seamlessly into the next in a relaxing continuum. This class develops your awareness of subtle energy or prana. For this class you will need a mat and one blanket.

Yoga for Addictions: Learn to use yoga, meditation,
and breathwork to help heal addictive behavior.
Kirtan: Yogic Chant: Learn and practice this
ancient form of devtional yoga, chanting to the Divine to
open the heart.
Anusara-Inspired Yoga: A dynamic heart-opening and alignment oriented class that incorporates Anusara’s Universal Principles of Alignment. The highest intention of practicing Anusara Yoga is aligning with the Divine energy within us which is our essential nature. Our practice becomes a celebration of the heart and ultimately a celebration of life while inspiring light-heartedness, playfulness, and joyful creativity within the yoga practice.
11th Step Yoga: Learn to use physical asana, breathwork, meditation and mantra to help heal addictive behavior. Yoga classes will be approached as both moving prayer and meditation. Open to both beginners and experienced yogis. The physical asana class is from 7:30-8:30, immediately followed by an open 12 step meeting in which all must be willing to share. Open to everyone seeking freedom from the pain of addiction.
Fertility Yoga: Yoga is an ancient healing art form that can be used to heal and create balance in the mind, body and heart. In this weekly class we will explore those yoga practices such as asana, mantra, mudra and meditation as they relate best to overall reproductive health, fertility and virility. This heart-centered class is open to both men and women, with an emphasis on bringing the physical, energetic, and mental bodies into a place of balance and optimal function.
Pain Free Posture Class
Every Wednesday from 10:00-11:00am starting in August.
Focuses on proper alignment, posture, and muscle engagement.
Uses simple but powerful techniques to restore flexibility and strength, while boosting energy and rejuvenating your body. Great class if you have chronic muscles tightness, movement limitations, chronic injuries, muscle pain and fatigue.
